My R3 didn't used to have this problem but its fairly regular now. I wonder if its a software or hardware issue?

I'm still having problems with the tempo stuttering around -2 to +2 around the actual tempo i'm try to obtain.

Has anybody resolved this issue?

try adjusting the bpm with nothing latched or playing.

I had this happen for the first time today. It only happens when i'm syncing the midi tempo to Ableton. Otherwise it stays exactly where its supposed to be.

I was reading up on synths on Wikipedia and found that there are several types of synthesis methods:

* Subtractive synthesis
* Additive synthesis
* Granular synthesis
* Wavetable ...

Ableton is amazing. I would recommend it over any DAW simply for the Live capabilities. Its your recording studio and bandmate in one.

Can all guitar sounds produced by a guitar be recorded as audio into software like Sony Acid Pro, or is it just for live play?
