This just happened to me suddenly with the same USB stick I've been using for about a year. It freezes both of my original Kronos 61s consistently. I ended up getting a new USB stick. Sad

You really need a guitar player with an actual talkbox to do the Bon Jovi song (or Aerosmith's "Sweet Emotion", or Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way".
