I've had the Legacy Collection M1 for a while, and finally managed to get my hands on a real one. Is there any way I can dump cards from that into the synth? I've already had to reset the factory syse ... |

Well it's all software, so you could technically call it a VST host. Your closest bet would be the Legacy VSTs or Korg Gadget app, both of which provide more function at lower price, and come on vario ... |

That one might be a little tough. Though there are some digital waves that approximate organ sounds, there's only so far you can get with subtractive synthesis. The effects but should be easy though, ... |

I may poke around with this a bit and see what I can come up with. I have the original MK, but it shouldn't be hard to adjust some stuff for the XL. |

My friend got a secondhand MK without checking on it, and ended up with the same problem. It's an easy replacement job, but finding the part was kinda tough. I recall one synth parts website having it ... |

Now for the oddest question of the day-- Can anyone conceive of any possible way to reverse-engineer patches off of old 'toy' Yamaha synths? I used to have a PSR-6 and miss the crappy neat sounds it c ... |

Just noticed you had replied.... quite a while ago. I have the original microKORG, not the XL. This definitely works well as a diving-in point though. |

I highly doubt they'd use a microKORG, since they're really big with classic analog gear; it's just that my primary synth is an MK. And yeah, I'm struggling with both recreating that sound and sync le ... |
