From that new info, maybe it's just a bad disk. Do you still see the insufficient power message or now the Kronos just freezes at that particular sector ? Next step maybe would be to create a new DVD ...

Still not working. Tried different power outlets and using USB cable with two ends to plug into the Kronos.
The strange thing is that it always stops during installing PCM 6/3.
