I don't know the micro q... but for micro music you can chose the tetra as you asked in another thread, or an evolver that is still a big beast!
Pay attention to polyphony though, evolver has 4 osc ...

I didn't read the specs of the tetra but if it is like the evolver well... it has analog oscillator (and digital as well) so I think that they're too different synths...

you can't harm your triton, you just get a bit more noisy sound. Anyway check out not to send phantom power from your mixer... that could be damage your keyboard.
