I have both

I think the Kronos is warmer.
The montage is brighter and more edgy
The Yamaha has more definition in the bottom end and generally more sparkle

Is there a software solution ?

For Logic Pro X users there is Apple's Velocity Processor plug-in ( as seen below )
I often use it to correct Kronos, and It does work very well.

Yes, very well played.

I think these samples are the most musical, playable and realistic for the Kronos.

In my opinion, that can be said for all of Anthony‘s libraries.
