| I don't have enough soldering skill or tools to solder/ de-solder on a PCB.
In that photo I can see two white sockets and two white connectors that look like they were pulled out of those sockets ... |

| I use Ableton Push and the Max for Live device called "8 MIDI CCs" ... but probably turning to Maschine soon as it does such things quite a bit better.

| Good news! I used Servisol Super 10 contact cleaner spray (available on Amazon) and it did the trick!
First I sprayed some compressed air into the encoder, turned it around for a while, then a coup ... |

Wow, I finally fixed the issue! I disconnected the Radias from the Mac, went to Audio MIDI Setup utility, opened the MIDI window and deleted the "Radias (Update)" device there ... |
