Ah, that's interesting about the difference in PCM - I really wish companies weren't so opaque about such things. Though now that you mention it, it somewhat confirms my suspicions that the issue may ...

Thanks, Dan, that's interesting. Whilst I'm not using any high-frequency LFOs (is that even a meaningful thing to say?), that is indeed what it sounds like. I will need to compare to the Kronos with t ...

It certainly is depressing, especially when you consider that the Krome surpasses the Nautilus in a couple of areas, namely it’s better sequencer (with the exception of HDR and in track sampling), and ...

Looks like the Korg Krome Ex 61 is back in stock at Thomann!

When I looked at buying one a few months ago, my local distributor advised (via the ...

Nice to meet you Ed! Welcome to the forums.

Though sadly, the forums don’t get a lot of love these days. Send everyone has moved to centralised platforms like Facebook, Discord and Reddit. Though ...

Hi Microkorg fam,

I've got a two-year old Microkorg which I love to bits. Whilst playing around with it last night with a good pair of headphones, I noticed that, at 3/4 - maximum volume, there is ...

For those who may be interested, there are two things I’ve found useful for alleviating the problem. One is to use two filters in series, with a HPF to filter out some of the low frequency artefacts. ...

I’m coming from a Kronos and have recently procured both a Kross 2 and a Krome Ex (gotta catch them all!), both of which have the EDS synth engine as opposed to the Kronos’ HD-1, AL-1 ...
