I didnt realized that tune value was about keys. So if I did understand, the tune option is comparable to a transpose option on a keyboard ... So technically if I go down -12 it'll be in the same key ...

I looked into the manual but I didn't found any hint how to change the root note of a scale.

Simple:
Use the Tune [tun] parameter in Edit 1 mode.

The short answer is, Yes.

The increase in sensitivity, and improvements in output level controls, are a benefit to all the programs.

Yes, I think that's what you're experiencing. The transducer (located beneath the Korg logo plate) is likely picking up the sound of anything that makes contact with the head. Not sure if there's any ...
