You might have to record the mic to Audio track 1, as well as the keyboard playing on Midi Track 1? Not completely sure what your exact issue is

Instead of Save All, you can just do Save Seq and it will save the Kronos Sequencer song(s). It's in the upper right pull down menu of the Save Tab in the Disk mode page.
