Depends on the piano, if your piano is smart enough to act like a computer host port then maybe, but I've never seen anything like that.

That are midi controllers, I did not find a way to modify that in my PA600, in the menu I have: BASIC, PITCH, FILTER, AMP, LFO, EFFECTS... do you know where to modify Cutoff and Resonance in them? ...

Realtime Controls is not where you should modify your sound, Realtime Controls is design to work in realtime using midi messages ...
