About the original thread my (simple) 2 cents.... i got the feeling the K was switched off while writing to the SSD and probably after a software setup will start again and run (you wil need the dvd' ...

I never discard the 'foam' transport blocks that surrounds that kind of gear like the K (not that white Polystyrene but the better sort!... however that would work too...) and used them mostly to lift ...
