You are right.

The camera connection kit is hooked to the iPad, and to the cck is hooked a midi interface USB to MIDI that has the Midi-DIN (5-pins).

Trust me it works with cck and usb to midi interface.
Anyway I solved my problem:
I built myself a midithru box and put it in between of the iRig and the pa2x.

IT WORKS!

I really don't know much about MIDI but I'm able to achieve what I need to do.
The problem is that the hardware doesn't respond so I have to ask experts.

I know that this has been discussed since songbook came out but has anybody find out the real title names of the songbook?
