Success! I followed @salientdigital's instructions (initializing the board, then doing the 2-step upgrade to v1.1.0 and I've had the board running all day for 2 days with no freezes.

Mine is freezing constantly now. I will have to get it fixed. It's a 61-key model. It used to freeze once in a while, but now it freezes all the time, every 5 to 20 minutes.

If it works like combis, you might need to copy the insert effects from the programs you are using into the sequence mode.

It should not be provided by default, however, one copy should be provided upon product registration if requested specifically by the customer.
