If you unplug everything from the Kronos except the power cord, does the display still appear all white?
YES

The cable contact goes down on the KML 3007 and up on the KLM -3360?

hi, my kronos boot but it appears with white screen, you change the screen and as you want it remains the same, I also change the video cable. This works with ipad remote app
