Sounds like it's in some wierd testing mode. Maybe try to reinstall or update the firmware?

ya I also opened mine up and cleaned some stuff. I think that trimpot for the brightness is a bit s**t, and easily gets worn out or dusty. Mine works better now since I cleaned it up.

This is super handy!

If you're still updating this, I'd recommend also adding a way to rename the patches. That's not covered in sysex librarian, and would be an easy way to improve the program.

you can even assign each pad to a different midi channel. It has 2 ports (not really sure what this means for standalone operation though) and you can assign the KB, sliders, encoders, joystick, and p ...
