ok

so when I turn the knob to switch presets everything goes alright, but im use to turning the knob really fast to get to the end or where ever im trying to go, and now its acting all weird...

when i start at A1, and i turn the knob really fast to get to P16
it starts backtracking, exspecially when I start at P16 and try to work my way back to A1, it will start skipping.

for instance, i did it at P16 and got to the H's and then it went back to the P's.

ive done this since ive bought it, and its never gave me a problem until now..

if its possible, can any of you guys take your dial and twist it very fast and see if your presets start backtracking/skipping?

i would like to know this so I know if its normal or if there is something wrong..

i have my radias under warrenty, i just dont wanna send it out if there is nothing wrong with it.

mine resets the numbers when I turn the big knob fast--the only way to scroll through presets is to scroll at a medium tempo, otherwise I get A1 A2 A3 A4 A1 A2 A1 (etc.)

Mine will have to go back for repair as I have the same problem but it's relatively severe. Anything above very slow twists make program/bank selection very erratic. The patch/bank numbers can back-track by extreme margins.

It is a little annoying--for those of us who are over-caffeinated and painfully impatient it's difficult to twist any knob slowly. I'd like to know how many RADIAS owners have noticed this behavior before mine goes out of warranty.

It's a common problem with those data knobs. You scroll too quickly and they go crazy. It happens with my roland stuff too.

Solution: press the program bank /trigger up down buttons instead.
