Also concerning splitting the keyboard
I want to have the bass on the left and whatever sound i choose on the upper split------1) is there a global setting that will accomplish this letting me rout the 2 areas to diff. midi channels--------OR

In the sequencer mode i can set the top/bottom key for the key zone of the track to get one sound, say bass----but there is nothing on the upper split for the R hand unless I can trigger 2 tracks simultaneously with the sounds routed thru diff midi channels.

HOw do I do this-------in steps please
