How can I load a two layer combi into a song on tracks one and two

and then another on Tracks three and four
and another on tracks five and six
And another on seven and eight?

The reason I ask is because the only option I get is to load COMBI's on Tracks 1-8 or 9-16.

I'm guessing I would do this:

1. Load the first two layer COMBI on Tracks 1-8
2. Then load the second COMBI on Tracks 9-16
3. Copy the COMBI from track 9 and 10 to track 3 and 4
4. Load another two layer COMBI on Tracks 9-16
5. Copy that one to Tracks 5 and 6.

Would this work?
Is this right?
Is there another way?

Thanks

That would work, but wouldn't it be easier just to load one by one program into timbres? So what combis consist of and load those programs to timbres.
Why do you feel you have to load combi?

I'll try that. Thanks. It's just that I'm very very new to all this and am just starting to understand it all. The TE is my very first digital instrument and I have absolutely no experience with sequencing, MIDI, and all these terms.

I'm learning slowly. Thanks for taking the time.
