Hi , im triying to rec some styles , everything is going fine but i need some help about two things :
I noticed that some styles youre using if you hit the fill 1 or 2 that (have 1 measure) when it reaches the end of its measure and start again var 1 ,2 ,3 or 4 i get a crash cymbal , how to program this ? I made a fill but in the end i cant make a crash , because i only need it in the 2nd measure ..and the next measure is again a VARIATIOn.. im confused..

Another thing is , when you use synchro stop , in some styles i also get a crash sound whan i stop , i realized my own styles dont have this ... again can someone plz explain me whats the deal ?

Hope you understand my confusion , thatnks to all who can give me an idea .
Best regards ,
Ruifa

You program the crash in the FILL and you put it all the way at the end,
when the FILL is used the crash sounds like being at the begining of a VAR.

suppose, if your Fill is of 1 measure.

=Select Fill part from element
=Hit menu button
=Hit event Edit
=Scroll the screen all the way up untill you get at the bottom last entry.
=hit the last entry whatever hit it is (highlight it)
=hit Insert
=It will add a new line with a hit say C4, now hit C4 (highlight it).
=Use the value wheel an swirl it untill you get the Crash Cymbal sound, usually at C#3.
=Now hit the values under the position column and use the wheel again and set the value 001.04.383

you will get the perfect result of crash cymbal when you save and go to Style play mode.

Hi Sahid , thanks for the information it really works fine !!

Do you know about the synchro stop thing ?

I mean , when i use synchro stop , i have some internal styles that trigger a crash cymbal at first bar and this is good for stopping , my owns doesnt do that , what is missing ?

Best regards ,

Hi Ruifa,

If you could tell me the style name you are talking about (Sync), I would be able to understand your question in a better way so I can listen to it and then guide you accordingly.

thanks

Hi Sahid , i apologize but i realized that the ones i was talking about , they all start with a crash cymbal.... so of course when you use synchro stop and when you stop the crash plays !!

Was my mistake , thank you very much for your help and support !

Some of them do start but that variation has CRASH on the begining of first
MEASURE. You can do that but if you make the variations by 8 or 16 MEAS
long, not to have a crash every single measure.

Thats right Nedim you got my idea , i didnt realized it .!!

Sahid , try this style : DANCE --> 60´s Dance and apply synchro start and synchro stop , VAR 1 .

Now everytime you hit the keyboard you get on start the crash cymbal , thats good for stops in the middle of the music , but like Nedim said , those variations has to have 8 or 16 measures long if not you will get the crash sound every 4 measures ( normally ) what is very annoyng !

Best regards to you both !

Yes, I have checked the style Dance 60's by entering into the Styles Edit mode and then Even edit, there is a crash cymbal entry at the statrt position 001.01.000

and the style is of 8 measures which you can be changed if needed range from 1-32 measures.
