The Roland Fantom X has polyphonic aftertouch on some voices, especially the Pedal Steel voice, where each individual note can be pitch bended down with aftertouch. GEM S series has Polyphonic Aftertouch over Midi.
Ensoniq.....Clicky Bed, and has Polyphonic Aftertouch over Midi, although it is not very responsive with pressure release.....

Alesis QuadraSynths and newer, can receive polyphonic aftertouch messages as a modulation source
