Hello!

I'm trying to assign the pads to play a sound from midi channel 3, but so far can only get them to work off stuff on channel 1. I'm sure I'm being very dumb (Crying or Very sad) but I can't seem to find anything in the manual that explains how to assign the pads to fire chords played on sounds set to a different midi channel other than the global channel within a combi. Or is that the clue I'm looking for?

Any suggestions very welcome,

all the best,

Jem

Combi/Prog/Seq page P1, last 2 tabs on it (Pads) - there's a channel selector for each pad.

Got it! Thanks Very Happy

I had tried that before, but I've realised that you need to have "local" on for it to work. I was using my M3 via my sequencer in local off mode so it wasn't working.

Cheers,

Jem
