Hi,
I've had my Extreme for over a year now. I have both the Manual and Master Series DVD as well as the Sudosonic DVD tutorial. These are pretty good and I have learned a lot from them. Is there anything else out there? Are there any members out there who would like to share files, projects they have done for educational purposes? I'd like to spend more time making music with the machine instead of learning how to use it. I would like to find several users in the area who would like to get together and share techniques and ideas on the machine. I live in the Houston Texas area. I'm really interested in doing more with this gear besides playing the combos and programs. I have been using sonar to sequence and audio recording but since my computer crashed now I want to do more with the machine and utilizes all of it's capabilities.
I'm beginning to sample and load and convert to program. some of it is weird and hit or miss. There are some quirks there. I'm not strong with the RPPR and sequencing too much since I use Sonar. I have the moss board and never mess with it. there is just so much that it does that I'm just not comprehending. Any help or suggestions would be great. I'm sure you are a Triton pro and know everything about it. That's great. If you don't have any genuine advice or insight please refrain from any smart ass remarks. Thanks! _________________ Triton Extreme 88 loaded- Sold!

Check out some of Sharp's tutorials on this board and work through them. I've learned a lot by doing that. Also, if you're new to recording (as I am), check out the thread where folks share their music and discuss it...or maybe read up on some of the articles at the Sound On Sound or Tweakheads websites. |
