Newest Triton Extreme is not producing any audio output

Hi,
I own two Triton Extremes. My newest one, which I bought new with OS 1.05 preloaded, is no longer producing any sound. I have reset the unit to factory settings, but it hasn't changed anything.
The display works and I appear to be able to navigate all screens with no problems. I have matched all settings to those of the other Triton Extreme.
Only a slight amount of sound is heard from the indiviual outs, but only slight noise is coming from the main left and right outs and the headphone outs.
Have anyone experienced this problem? If so, what did you do to fix it please?

Is th local control ON in global settings.

I've had a simular problem; in my case I had to set the correct keyboard type somewhere in a hidden area. See my posting http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=207557#207557.
