Basically, for anal-retentive reasons, I am wondering if the RADIAS is a completely differnt keyboard, I mean with the guts, obvioulsy they look the same. Anyone have a correct answer for this? I've read around different places, couldn't find out for sure if some engine/filter/osc/
etc parts are somewhat or completely shared.

Yes - completely different - anout the only thing they have in common I think is the hardware UI concept and being VA.
