 eJay getting a little more "customizable" ?
Didn´t go for eJay VMS but:
Bought/Downloading Dance 7 + a sound library atm 
Just wanna get inspiration for drums etc.
Not expensive... Dance eJay 7 £19.99
eJay Sound Collection 5 £9.99
lets see what this is

doh... whatta interface.... Booh  (However effects & loop creation of individual samples are doable...altho very limited library of effects)
Nice samples in the Sound Collection 5 set.
Just scratched the surface of the over 2 gb samples...
having fun none the less

Made a groove using a couple of drumloops of ejay. The rest are soft synths and a soundfont (organ)... composed in FL Studio....
Repetetativ & simple, yes... But i like the drums... ez to get groovin.
Korg relevance: Using 01w/fd as keyboard..
