I have soundforge and Ozone 3 but I never like the reverbs I get from those guys. Is there a plug-in I can download somewhere that has a nice soft reverb that would sound good on voice/drums etc. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

The reverb (2 different plugins) of FL Studio are nice & easily customisable.
I know. At first glance FL is a noobie application. I have to say though that i´m more and more impressed of its capabilities. To me it´s a fullfeathered DAW with endless possibilities.
There is a free demo that you can try if it sounds interesting.

Jonsolo: That smartelectronix one is beautiful. I tried it out last night along with the other one you suggested. It seems they each have something to offer. But I will be using the smartelectronix definitely. Thanks for the tip. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

Yeah man, FL is actually good. Try running some VST's and plugins and tweaking the Sytrus! _________________ Sina @ http://www.sound4sina.com/ - Since 2003

Hi!!
I'm sure there's a plugin called SIR, an impulse reverb free to download...
Never tried this one, but it seems to be nice, with low stress for the cpu (considering it's a convolution reverb)

Ambience
Free demo with nagscreen at startup.
It has nice control over EQ freq/level and damping freq/level, plus separate dry/wet settings, gate. shape, etc. Oh yeah, it sounds phenomenal!
Kjaerhus Classic Reverb
Another free plug. Not as many parameters are editable, but still has a nice tone. These guys have abunch of other free plugs, too. I have all of them. Their compressor and master limiter are decent, as well. _________________ DEVICE - CLICK HERE!

I haven't tried it yet, but any convolution reverb is probably fairly taxing on CPU in live use settings. They sound great, though. |

SIR is great, and no, not too taxing on the CPU. I only have the free version, though the "big" one should be similarly impressive, of course.
