Ok so I have a ES1-MKII electribe sampler, and a microkorg. What would be the most efficient way to use the MIDI. Should I have the electibe setup as the slave, running into the microKorg. Or vise versa? How can i make beats and also run synth patterns at the same time? How is everyone else using the two together? |

You basically want to pull off what Enter Shikari and countless other people do with EMX-1's.
You should be able to slave one to the other with a midi cable, and then the midi clocks will sync.
I suggest you check out this post this post
This guy is doing it with 2 electribes, but the concept is still the same.
Another Example
Also, I believe this has been answered here |
