Can the Wavestation Sequences and sounds be used commercially
especially those created by person other than KORG?

Of course!
You just can't repackage and sell the sounds commercially as your own. Sounds Good

I really mean if if decide to record and sell my music/songs is it safe to use the wave sequences in the creation of my tunes? These wavesequences really sound cool and will enhance my projects.. just a bit worried that they sometimes sound like sampled stuff.

Just to add to what Synthoid already said.

You are 100% safe here. I know for a fact that KORG would do nothing here other than wish you the best of luck because this is exactly what they designed the software for.
