hi guys i just got my 2nd hand es-1 mk2 but i can't delete the songs that is on it !!! Crying or Very sad i turn off the global protect and press shift clear song but the song are still there !!!
so it will be cool if some one can give me a hand thxs Mr. Green

I used to do that and not write the pattern twice afterwards.

I always forgot to write the pattern again instead of deleting it, then writing the empty pattern back to the electribe.

I think what sonics is saying is that u hav to hold shift then press the key to delete , and when the light is flashing press it again to confirm that u really want to delete .

I hav an es1-mkI , but i'm sure it'll work the same . hope this helps pal
