I have seen several posts on using SM58s on the Radias for the vocoder input. I am curious as to how one connects the balanced mic to the unbalanced input, and if it drives the Radias to a good level. When I first experimented with the vocoder I used a mic preamp and used the line level option.

either an XLR to 1/4" adaptor or a mic cable which has the XLR connection for the mic on one end and a 1/4" unbalanced connector on the other.
