I have a triton pro-x that has two EXB cards, studio essentials, and classic grand piano. I laoded the studio essentials fine but can't load the piano. I keep getting an error when I put in the floppy disc. The error reads unable to read medium. I'm thinking it's the software so I'm hoping there's somewhere to download the software on line. Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks for the quick reply. I made a mistake though it was concert grand piano EXB-PCM08. Maybe I can find it though. Thanks again
