I suggest to put the download link and home link at the top of forums page in addition to

FAQ Search Memberlist Usergroups
Profile You have no new messages Log out [ xxxxx ]

Coz i have seen many "Where is the download section?"

I agree a link would help as people often are in here and don't see a "downloads" link unless you come in from another web page
