Curious if you know what countries have their candidates ready for Belgrade.
Sweden voted this entry to represent them in the eurovision song contest.

there's something wrong with her singing
I guess it's an "OK" song, nothing really special.
I actually liked Sweden's last year's entry - a song by The Ark
As for Poland - I heard the candidates and they were all pretty bad so I don't really care who goes to Belgrade |

Yea, agreed. Nothing very special. Singalong friendly and that´s about it.
The Ark was good last year. You listen to their music? _________________ Korg R3 - Korg 01W/fd - FL StudIO, Harmor, reFX Vanguard, Toxic 4 (BioHazard), PoiZone, Sytrus, Adventusdf...etc |

Thats just us trying to make a point by taking the piss totally out of Euro Vision. We won it more times than anyone else, but now that the voting system has been reduced to people just voting for friends and not the songs, we are just going to just take the piss out of Euro vision because no matter what we do, we cannot win it. Ireland is an Island and it has no surrounding countries.
Regards.
Sharp. |

The UK entry is very good imo. I think it might end high up the ranks. But then again many countries will vote and you never know what the majority will think.
Was that Irish enrty for real ? Gosh _________________ Korg R3 - Korg 01W/fd - FL StudIO, Harmor, reFX Vanguard, Toxic 4 (BioHazard), PoiZone, Sytrus, Adventusdf...etc |

Absolutely, and not before time methinks. They'll have to change the system or there'll be more where they came from, I think.
The lyrics, in case you missed 'em:
Oh I come, from a nation
What knows how to write a song...
Oh Europe, where or where
.. did it all go wrong?
COME ON!!!!!!
Irelande douze points
Drag acts and bad acts and Terry Wogan's wig,
Mad acts and sad acts, it was Johnny Logan's gig.
Shake your feathers and pop your beak,
Shake em to the west and to the east,
Wave euro hands and euro feet,
Wiggle to the edge of the turkey beat.
Irelande douze points.
Irelande douze points.
Irelande douze points.
Do the funky beat.
G O B gobble B L E, Yeah.
Hello Abba, hello Bono, hello Helsinki.
Ola Prague, hello sailor, se la vie.
Alvida sein Mamma Mia,
and god save the Queen,
Bon joir Serbia, good day Austria,
You know what I mean?
Shake your feathers and pop your beak,
Shake em to the west and to the east,
Wave euro hands and euro feet,
Wiggle to the edge of the turkey beat.
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points,
....[rasp].
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points,
Do the funky beat.
Give us another chance,
we're sorry for riverdance,
Sure Flately he's a yank,
And the Danube flows through France.
Block voting,
shock voting,
Give your 12 today.
You're all invited to Dublin Ireland,
And we'll party the Shamrock way!
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points.
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points.
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points.
Irelande douze points,
Do the funky beat.
COME ON!! Bring it on!
Irelande douze points,
Irelande douze points.
Eastern Europe we love you,
Do you like Irish stew?
Or goulash..
...as it is to you?
Shake your feathers.
Listen Bulgaria we love you,
Belarus, Georgia, Montenegro,
Moldavia, Albania, Croatia,Poland,
Russia, Ukraine,Macedonia,
Love you Turkey, Hungary,
Estonia, Slovakia, Armenia,
Bosnia Herzegovina.
And don't forget the Swiss! _________________ [Free Moss Set For All Workstations With Moss Expansion]

Haha Oh my god... Becoming more of an eurovision laugh contest for every year now...
Voltan. Nice song for the Polish. Not very unique perhaps, but sounds nice. _________________ Korg R3 - Korg 01W/fd - FL StudIO, Harmor, reFX Vanguard, Toxic 4 (BioHazard), PoiZone, Sytrus, Adventusdf...etc |

Yeah, I agree I guess it was the best choice from the candidates.
The singer is actually American but she married a Polish guy and lives in Poland now |

*sob*
Wish the runnerups would have a separate competition.
Ppl of SWE voted for this, but together with the musical "knowhows" it wasn´t enough. Studio version is great btw. (as usual)

The voting was a joke, as usual
Actually my favorite song came second so I guess it wasn't that bad.
Too bad Poland came last though, I don't think we deserved it |
