According to other posts on this forum, the knobs are stuck on but can be removed by heating them, e.g. with a hair dryer, to soften the glue. They can then be prised off. Haven't tried it myself so go careful

I know this has been answered but i used a heat gun. Some say a hair dryer works just as good.
i put the heat gun on low and heated the knob facing the back of the micro then the front. I kinda melted one of the knobs so BE CAREFUL if you want to reuse those knobs. I also replaced the knobs with very similar ones that have a tiny flathead screw on the side so i wouldn't have to heat it up again assuming the glue was still sticky. Just unscrew again later.
talk about cutting costs... glue tape, who does that?? Korg, don't do that please. |
