Anyone knows how to change song using an external sequencer?

***I want to tell the Triton to switch to another Song/Multi externally. Cool

That sounds like a midi-sysex command. If it's supported, you'll have to find it in a table - probably in the manual that came w/ur TS.

An external sequencer (soft I take it) is going to record Midi - not transmit midi. So you will need the ability to send midi - and then be able to send custom specific midi commands. I've never done this ....

I can tell (hehe)... Very Happy

All one would need is for the external device (sequencer) to send a sysex command to the Triton telling it to switch from one Song/Multi to the next...just imagine being able to use 'unlimited' amount of sounds/efx in one composition. Dancing Cool

***The process is really easy, but I dunno HOW to complete it...so far I only know that a song select message (F3) has to be sent to the Triton followed by a Song/Multi (Triton rack) number and that's it...but, as you can tell entering the song# is where Im having trouble. Crying or Very sad
