Is there a way to save the HD contents to CD-R?

I'm trying to figure out how to back up the info on the internal hard drive and I was wondering if there's a way to save the entire contents of the hard drive all at once? So far, I'm loading in banks of everything and saving it as "save all" but I'd really like to save it all at once without this hassle. Does anyone know how to do this?

Go to Unities mode and using the COPY option, select entire folders with sub folders and copy them in one go to the CD-Writer.
