Hi,
I've already had joy slaving a Roland SP404's tempo to the microkorg's tempo... but do you think it would be possible to do the same with an old analogue drum machine that receives External Clock via a Kenton Midi to CV convertor?
ie: Microkorg midi out to >> Kenton Midi/CV convertor >> to analogue drum machine Clock In.

I don't see why not.
But then again, why would you want to? You can probably reproduce any sound that the old drum machine can do on the MicroKorg, unless there's something really special about the old gear.
How many drum patches have you created on the MK? You could be going to a lot of trouble for nothing. |
