Can I convert section of a track into an arpeggio?...
***If not, manual does not explain this, but can I create my own user arpeggio from scratch? |

Sure, but in terms of complexity, creating an arp. from scratch may be worse than general programming.
The manual has some basic steps on how to do it, but it will take some time and effort to get the hang of it. _________________ Regards

***What I want to do is create my own "drum loop" just like the ones found in [program mode] or [combination mode] when you hit/play the keys...I already know how to do it in [sequencer mode] with using RPPR but [program mode] and [combination mode] is where Im aiming to get this done, so any help is welcome and appreciated...thanx! |

You may want to consider creating a user pattern, then sample the user pattern.
Page 83 of the O.G. has instructions.
The sample can then be used as a program, which can be used in a combination.

You can just sequence some awesome drums in the first track of your song and loop them. That's the way I always do it. _________________ George Nelson is 2loose
