Hi, Whenever I change the style, variation goes automaticaly back to variation 1. Is it possible to configure the system that the variation would stay at, let's say, 4 all the time till I change it again? Thank you for your suggestion. _________________ "Music is a higher revelation

yea it can be. You must make the settings of style. For example: You press variation 4, and then save the settings of the style. (above, then "write current style"). When you select the style it gets on variation 4 |

If your question is regarding changing styles whilst playing, then please see the OS 3.01 update manual (Page 5)
PA1XPro )S3.01 update manual page 5 wrote: | Style Play Mode
Smarter pre-selection of Style Elements (Variations, etc.…)
Now you can select a different Variation (or any other Style Element)
while jumping to a different Style. The Variation you
choose will overtake the one memorized in the Style Performance.
To pre-select a Variation (or any other Style Element), you must
first select the next Style. Then, select the Variation (or any other
Style Element) that will immediately start to play when the new
Style enters. |
Hope this helps

Thank you Milo, however what I ment was slightly different from your suggestion. Your suggestion proposes to change EVERY style. My question was, is it possible to change ALL variations from pre-set 1 to 4 with just one stroke? I do not want to change variations individually. Is there any place in the system I can go to change ALL variations from 1 to 4? If Korg set all variations at 1 I would imagine that there was a way you can change ALL variations at once for 4 . I think I did not express myself clearly enough, however the magic word is "ALL". So next time I sit behind the kb after turning it on, there will be variation 4 with ALL styles waiting for me. _________________ "Music is a higher revelation

Pete, we sent our messages at the same time. No, I do not mean changing styles while plying. I want variation 4 on all styles to start with. Now it is variation 1 on all styles to start with. _________________ "Music is a higher revelation
