Hello Friends...and goodby for a bit as well.....

This, my last in the cycle is called: "The Verge Of Wandering",

It is a bit eclectic, being for Viol. I and II, Viola, Cello and Bass..., and Three French horns..and/or two..., and one Cornet, then, Baritone and Tuba. They are in and out; a few in only for short sections or a measure or two...

And it is from my view of the Verge .., in the volume: "The Runes Of The Earth" from "The Last Chronicles of Thomas Covenant", the final four volume cycle, of which book three and four are now being worked on...by the Author, Stephen Donaldson.

I want to thank this great group of people for making me a willing and renewed participant. I do realize I slipped in many areas this time, yrt can safely say; for me it was truly ....a new awakening....

I will not be a part of the new group.... Perhaps another year lay-out, and I might look for another opportunity to embarrass myself... Shocked

I did in fact miss comments on several this cycle... For that I am sorry..., but I have listened to all of them, other than all the January so far.. They will be enjoyed as they come up in the next several days...

Best of luck and success!!!! Always!!!

John..(ellll) Very Happy Crying or Very sad

This is very beautiful John.

You'll be missed, so please stop by when you can.

hi ellll - This is a very somber piece - reminds me of winter. But I C it is inspired by The Runes. I loved that series. I have recently gone back to reading and listening to more Sci-Fi.

Nice composition - I would have no idea on how to use all them instruments.

I do hope you'll stop by over the next year. I too will not be in the next OSAM, but intend to stop by.

Cheers,

Hi Elll,

I find this quite soothing in parts, lovely rich orchestration throughout.

I've enjoyed listening to your work again this year.

Best regards Simon

Such a beautiful piece, Ellll. Congrats on making it thru a year, a year which has seen most of us thru quite some struggles. I need to sit and listen to all these last pieces of yours together to get the full impact. You should be very proud of what you've composed here as well as the previous material we've enjoyed from you. Truly a gift you've got there.
