I know this can be done but I'm not great with electronics so maybe one of you can shed some light.

I want to add a SCSI CF Flash drive to my triton. There is a company that makes a SCSI Flash drive designed for it, problem is I don't have a SCSI card in mine and they are near impossible to find.
I was thinking I might be able to swap out the floppy, and use something like this:

The only thing is I have no idea if it would work considering that the triton was made in 2001 and flash drives are fairly new tech.
Anyone ever attempted to do anything like this?

I highly doubt it.
The Triton will only format a 2DD or a 2DH disk so I can't see it reading from a memory stick that could be many times the size of a floppy disk.

There was a device like this out for KORG keyboards many years ago and to get that working the drive had a little screen that would allow you to select a number. Each number was like 1.44MB partition which allowed it to work with any KORG.

So I say, don't waste your time on this. Surly you can get a SCSI from eBay ?.

Regards.
Sharp.

i bought a couple for my kurzweil K2500XS but haven't had the guts to take the thing apart yet to try the install. i guess i could try on my triton rack but the scsi flash readers are kind of expensive to begin with, and 2, i'm not sure that the triton rack is the best tool for running samples on.
