Thanks Rob! Didn't mean to criticize, you guys did a superior job with those DVDs!
BTW, my favorite tip so far was about not using Fingered 1 chord recognition. It was hard at first but just a week after I switched to Fingered 3 I see insane improvements in how I play and remember the chords Dancing

There is presently a problem with supply of PAL formatted "Arranger Secrets" DVD's. If you placed an inquiry for a PAL set during 2009, then my apologies that we have been unable to source more PAL formatted DVDs at the moment. Another forum member was handling these, and he has been uncontactable since end January.

There is still a remaining stock of USA/ NTSC DVD sets, and if your DVD player and TV can handle the USA format then please send an email to korgarrangersecrets@gmail.com stating that NTSC is acceptable and Frank Ventresca from Audioworks USA will get these underway for you.

I hope to resolve the supply/delivery problem for PAL formatted DVD's in the next 2 or 3 months when hopefully I will know more about it myself.

Best regards,
Rob Sherratt

I have a question.
For example,pa 2 xpro's keyboards we can seperate to 4 parts.
The leftest part calling "low".
So when I'm using grand piano on right hand I also use WIND on left-on "LOW".But I want LOW part being in "HOLD" rejim.
What I must do?

thank you

Has anyone heard from MickB (Mick Barry) in the last 4 months? Has anyone received their order for PAL formatted Arranger Secrets DVD's in the last 4 months?

Last time I was in touch with Mick was January 09, and I had no replies to PM, Email and mobile phone messages since then. It's strange because he's a friend who has twice been to stay at my home - and he and I were part of the team who made the Arranger Secrets DVD's - and we also have an ongoing unfinished project relating to the 4th DVD in the series.

Mick is currently the distributor for the PAL formatted DVD's for Europe and non-American countries. As far as I know, no-one who ordered the PAL formatted DVD's since January has received any response from Mick. I have stepped in to intercept email orders and send an apology that we are "currently out of stock" but as you can see, the situation is rather more complex than that.

If by end June no-one on the forum has heard from Mick, then I will step in and appoint a new distributor and organize a new stock of the DVD's even if it has to be done by me from Corfu ...

My apologies to everyone who is awaiting PAL DVD's, but I'm in the dark myself as to what is happening.

NOTE: There is no problem with supply of NTSC formatted DVD's for people in North America. These are handled by Frank Ventresca Audioworks USA, and he has plenty of NTSC DVD's remaining in stock.

Thanks,
Rob

Hi Mick,

Glad to see you back, even though I'm not awaiting a DVD from you.
Hope you will get your personal troubles sorted out and you can enjoy making music once again.
All the best to you.

Yes I forwarded your inquiry to Frank Ventresca at Audioworks CT. He handles the USA orders. There are currently 20 sets remaining in stock.

Best regards,

Hi, I mailed a while ago for ordering the European version, but I didn't get any reply. I understood, this could have been caused by some problems. No problem of course.
Are the European dvd's already available again? Else I can order the NTSC version also. My player reads both and my screen has also no problem with this format.

Greetings
Richard

Hi Maxzz,

I received your order and forwarded it to Mick Barry (userid MickB) who is the European distributor. I know he was out of stock of the PAL format DVD's and had to make some more. Sorry about the delay.

Regards,
Rob

Thanks for your reply Rob, I will wait and see. The delay is no problem, there are more important things in life Very Happy and anyway, it's great that there are people taking time, to create and distribute these dvd's.

thanks to you all and keep up the good work Cool
