What's up Korg artisans,

I may wind up repeating what I said in my introduction post in the new members forum but just in case you didn't read it...

I am relatively new with music production in general. I am currently working on getting a music studio setup a module at a time. I already own a MicroKorg XL and a Kaossilator. I basically listen to any kind of music but I lean toward futuristic, techno-ish music.

My question to you guys is this: What other types of basic devices do I need to get started in techno besides a synthesizer? I do know that I would like to be able to layer arpeggios but still be able to edit each one individually. What Korg product does that?
