problem with korg dtr-1000 tuner

I need help, it does not work.

When I connect it with the catch sector without guitar in front and without amp in back: blue segments go very quickly from right to left, no buttons work and the letter which indicates the note is not lit.

Now, if i connect a guitar in front and an amp in the back of the korg, the result is the same.

from where can the problem come?
I think that there is something to repair inside but I do not find a diagram of the korg.
