I have a 1.9 Ghz single core, 2.5 gb RAM imac. I can barely run adobe after effects. SHould I bother to get logic express? _________________ Current: MS-20 Mini, Minilogue, SY77
Past: Korg R3, Volca Bass, X50, Mg Slim Phatty, Rld Gaia SH-01, Yamaha TX81Z

You might be ok with all midi tracks then bounce to a final audio track. 4 GB of ram would be my minimum.
You would need to check the specs of Logic Express to see if your computer, ram, OS, etc. are good.
In the end, it might work but it's a dead end on that computer. I could barely run After Effects on my dual G5 2.5 with 8 GB ram which is what drove me to get an Intel Mac.
