I really want to get rid of my pa1x because of 32 mb ram limitation . I am not interested in buying a pa800 just for the 32 extra and the pa2x is just to expensive for 256mb which I think is a scam while they could have gone with the 1gb. ( I don't want to offense anyone, but in my type of work sampling is very important)
for me the 76 key's, new sound just etc don't cut it. But i am desperate in need of more ram. Does anyone know of any new keyboard/arranger from korg?
Thanks
p.s Korg needs to implement chords inversion. it's 2010 come on!! |

Keeping the PA1X and buying a sampler (module perhaps) not an option?

I'd highly recommend a V-Machine running Sample Lord if your looking for access to samples.
It streams everything so you can easily load single sounds well over the 1GB mark. That largest I've tried so far is a 1.4GB sound.

How does this V-machine work? Am I able to load a set ? or KMP samples? Is has to be style friendly.
what other external device can i use to operate styles. What about a drum machine. Doe drum machines exist that can load samples and styles? |
