Well it's finally been ported to Windows and a basic version is available for testing.
It runs ok on Windows XP with a MidiSport 4x4 MIDI-USB interface, and also a Windows 98SE PC with an old basic MIDI card. I've also tried it on a Vista machine; it started up ok, but there were no MIDI devices on it so couldn't test any further.

Currently the play, stop, record, loop & pitch functions works, but there is no quantise function, so it's not very practical! There are some pre-loaded sequences which you can use to check the timing. You may get a few stuck notes if you drive it too fast, but this will be fixed next time round. It should give you more of a taste of what it can do, compared with the old DOS & MPU-401 version which no-one could run Wink

I've uploaded it to my web site so you're very welcome to try it and see if it can talk to your MIDI devices. There's no new documentation yet, but the basic operation is as described in the old version's readme file. If you have any questions please ask, and if you get it going, give me a shout and I'll keep you posted with updates.
Many thanks,
Phil
