|
|
Hello - JD of SCSIforSamplers.com here. I wanted to let everyone know that we have several of the EXB-SCSI Interface boards in stock and available for immediate shipping worldwide. These boards were removed from working Triton Classic units and have been tested to ensure 100% operational status. Plus we warrant them to be defect-free for 6 months.
We also offer the EXB-SCSI bundled with the KIT-TRITON SCSI drive install kit which allows you to install one of our CF-CARD drives, a CF-SSD Solid-State storage unit or a SCSI Zip drive inside your Triton. Save money by buying these two products together.
You can find the EXB-SCSI products here, as well as a full listing of all our products for the Korg samplers here.
As always, we are here to answer any questions you may have by phone or email, seven days a week. |

JD,
quick question. I want to mount my floppy drive back in it's original location and mount the CF drive on the left side so I can still remove the CF card. Any thoughts on what mods (other than cutting the side of the case) to make that work?

McHale and I are taking this discussion offline. If we accomplish getting both drives installed together, we will post the results in pictures and instructions for all to see. |

I have successfully started to save my songs on CD cards, eliminating the fear I had that I will run out of floppy discs in the near future. Also I am ensuring that all my songs are safely saved on a memory card, not on unreliable floppy discs which sometimes malfunction. I used to have to save 2 identical copies for each song on floppies to safeguard my work!!!!
Thanks once again to scsiforsamplers for the unbiased advice, and prompt delivery.
I recommend JD Wilson anytime.

Thank you for your post, Pierre. It was a pleasure working with you to find the best solution for your storage needs and I'm glad you are happy with the CF-CARD Elite drive. Let me know if I can ever help you with any other SCSI storage requirements. |

I also installed a cf drive and with that you can load all your samples a lot faster without a zip drive although you can still use one. |
