I have the m3, and love the sequencer. Now I'm worried to take a step back w the sequencer if I graduate to Kronos. What will I be losing sequencer-wise? _________________ George Nelson is 2loose

At the release there will not be a 'piano roll editor' available in the sequencer. See this thread for details: http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=58406
Richard cannot disclose at this point whether or not Korg will implement this feature in future software upgrades. If this feature is important to you Richard has indicated that the Korg can talk directly with a DAW through the freely available editor software (via USB link) which will function as a plugin in the DAW, which means that MIDI info can be edited that way. Here again there is some info missing due to restrictions on what Richard is allowed to say.
Hope that helps a bit.

Oh, and one other quick note here...
I've downloaded the Oasys manuals and read through the sequencer sections. From what I can see there is very little difference to the M3 sequencer/editor.... (minus the piano roll editor as stated in the last post above).
You might consider reading through the Oasys manuals as well, it'll probably help answer some of your questions, it did for me at any rate.
